Ingredient:
- Red dragon fruit: ½ fruit
- Sugar: 30g
- Sweetened yogurt: 260g
- Gelatin leaves: 4 leaves
- 1 bowl of ice cold water
- 200ml water
- Cup or glass
Making:
Step 1: First, cut 2 gelatin leaves in half or into thirds Place in a bowl of ice cold water and soak for 5-10 minutes until the leaves soften. The remaining 2 leaves are for later use
Step 2: Next, remove the dragon fruit, cut it into small pieces, then put it in a blender and puree.
Step 3: Put 200ml of water into the pot, add a little sugar and stir well. Then turn on the stove and cook until it boils, then turn off the stove. Scoop out the gelatin leaves, squeeze out excess water, and stir well until the gelatin dissolves.
Step 4: Let the mixture cool down, then pour in the dragon fruit juice and stir well to get dragon fruit jelly. Then you scoop 2 spoons of dragon fruit jelly and pour it into a cup or glass to get the first layer of jelly. You put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to let the jelly solidify before making the yogurt jelly.
Step 5: With the remaining 2 gelatin leaves, soak in ice cold water for 5-10 minutes to soften, then take them out and put them in a ceramic bowl. Put them in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt them into liquid and take them out. Or if you don’t have a microwave, you can heat it in a water bath until the gelatin melts.
Step 6: Take the yogurt into a large bowl and add the gelatin water and stir well to get a yogurt jelly mixture. Then take the frozen dragon fruit jelly cup out of the refrigerator and scoop 2 tablespoons of yogurt jelly on top. Next, let it cool for 1 hour and add another layer of jelly.
